D'Addario Helicore Cello Strings

Helicore cello strings are wound with exotic metals (titanium and tungsten) which decrease the diameter of the string to provide a quick bow response. Multi-Strand twisted steel core strings that are superb for advanced and professional players. The application of damping resins under selected windings gives the Helicore strings a warm, rich, sound quite unlike steel strings of the past. Helicore strings also offer excellent pitch stability and longevity. We often use the Helicore C and G with a Larsen strong A and Larsen solo D.
