Free In-Store Pickup
Did you know that if you live in the Toronto area, picking up your online order has always been an option to you?
Free In-Store Pick Up of your order in our Toronto Shop – How it works:
After placing items in your cart, and if you reside in postal codes L or M, you will see “Toronto Store Pick up” as an option during check-out in STEP 3: Shipping Information. Select “Toronto Store Pick up” and you are all set.
When your order is processed and ready for you, we will send you an additional confirmation email.
If you do not have an L or M postal code address, but still want to pick up your order in our Toronto shop*:
If you are coming to our Toronto shop, but do not have an address with a postal code in the Toronto area, then simply enter our Toronto address (93 Grenville Street, Toronto, M5S 1B4) as your SHIP TO address in STEP 3 of the checkout process. You will then see Local Pickup as an option.
Note that during STEP 2 Billing Information during your checkout – do not check the box “My Billing and shipping addresses are the same”, otherwise you will not be able to enter a separate ship to address.
Each time you place a new order, your information is refreshed.
*Please note: all applicable Ontario and Federal sales taxes (HST) will apply to any order picked up in our Toronto Shop, regardless of where you reside.
Pick up of orders placed through our online store is only available in our Toronto Location at this time.
