Multi-Strand twisted steel core strings that are superb for advanced and professional players. Helicore strings are wound with exotic metals (titanium and tungsten) which decrease the diameter of the string to provide a quick bow response. The application of damping resins under selected windings gives the Helicore strings a warm, rich, sound quite unlike steel strings of the past. Helicore strings also offer excellent pitch stability and longevity. We often use the Helicore C and G with a Larsen strong A and Larsen solo D.
